Though I am always anxious about surgical procedures, Dr. Klapper and his staff made me feel at ease from the get-go. I had a Lipoma above my left eye that was growing very quickly. I knew it had to come out sooner than later. He explained exactly what to expect and then performed my Lipoma removal surgery. I'm very happy with the results. Scar is improving daily with the cream he recommended.
Dr Klapper is amazing! He is highly skilled and cares about every aspect of his patients care. He is personable and kind, and patient beyond words, as is the rest of his staff. The office environment is consistently efficient and friendly. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Klapper to any of my friends and family.
I cannot recommend Dr. Klapper enough. He is incredibly skilled, but more importantly, it is clear that he cares for his patients so much. His office staff is efficient and friendly. Everyone in that office is courteous of the patient’s time and works together to get the best result possible. I would not hesitate to send a family member or friend to him.
I have use Dr. Klapper for more than 5 years for quarterly treatments for Hemifacial Spasm. He has always been courteous, inquisitive about my past treatments, and caring about my general well-being.
I cannot say enough about my satisfaction with Dr. Klapper and his staff. From consultation to surgery to post-op, Dr. Klapper was nothing short of amazing. I was treated with respect and kindness. Everything was well explained. His expertise with the surgical procedures was apparent. He is a true professional and I have felt confident under his care. Highly responsive to calls and questions. Wait times in the office were minimal or non-existent. The staff are professional, friendly & competent.
I was referred to this doctor by my eye doctor for unexplained problems with my eyes. My wait time in the office was over 1.5 hours. In the room he obviously had not read my chart notes, barely even looked at my eyes and said he could not give me any advice on my problem. He then started talking about cosmetic surgery and tried to write up my medical visit as cosmetic to charge me $125 instead of billing my insurance for a medical visit. Very rude and unprofessional out for $$$$ only
Dr. Klapper absolutely is the best at what he does. There is not enough space here for me to tell you how I truly feel about Dr. Klapper. The final results of his surgery to rebuild my eyelid is phenomenal. I need to say that his care of his patients as individuals and his desire to give us the best results so that we all can continue our lifestyle as it was before we needed his talents as a surgeon. It was a blessing that I was led to Dr. Klapper and I will be forever grateful.
My experience with Dr. Klapper and his staff was probably the best I've had with medical care providers! From consultation to final follow-up visit, I found him/them considerate of my time, responsive to my questions, flexible and AVAILABLE as I migrated through my eye surgery experience. Best of all, the results he delivered DELIGHTED me. I'd recommend Dr. Klapper to anyone considering eye surgery. Hell, I'd recommend him for president!
Dr. Klapper was unknown to me prior to my optometrist's recommendation. Having my droopy eyelids addressed with a brow tuck gave me back the 50% of loss eyesight that had slowly disappeared over a long period of time. The biggest blessing was the daily afternoon headaches have disappeared. That was 8 months ago. They had to be due to eye strain as I spend a lot of time in front of a computer. I am extremely satisfied. They were very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. A good investment.
