My experience with Dr. Klapper and his staff was probably the best I've had with medical care providers! From consultation to final follow-up visit, I found him/them considerate of my time, responsive to my questions, flexible and AVAILABLE as I migrated through my eye surgery experience. Best of all, the results he delivered DELIGHTED me. I'd recommend Dr. Klapper to anyone considering eye surgery. Hell, I'd recommend him for president!
Dr. Klapper was unknown to me prior to my optometrist's recommendation. Having my droopy eyelids addressed with a brow tuck gave me back the 50% of loss eyesight that had slowly disappeared over a long period of time. The biggest blessing was the daily afternoon headaches have disappeared. That was 8 months ago. They had to be due to eye strain as I spend a lot of time in front of a computer. I am extremely satisfied. They were very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. A good investment.
I had 2 endropion surgeries that failed and came to Dr. Klapper and he corrected the problem in one short surgery. Dr. Klapper is the BEST when it comes to knowing what and how to correct an eye issue. Thank you for taking care of me.
