The entire office was caring and very skilled. Dr. Klapper was very helpful and addressed my concern. Many physicians seem to drag things out, follow up after follow up... but he took care of it on first visit. And left follow up decisions for me based on my comfort level.
My experience was more than expected; wonderful. The entire office and medical team were also wonderful. The procedure was flawless and performed with expert care. Dr. Klapper is one-in-a million.
Dr. Klapper Is an excellent surgeon he has reduced the amount of webbing and scar tissue is basically gone! Dr. Klapper Also has an excellent bedside manner. He is very kind And spends the time needed to go over and explain everything

Dr. Klapper was concerned that I understood the process and always took time to answer my questions. Dr. Klapper and his nurse, Nancy, encouraged me to call at any time with concerns. They were professional and cordial at all times as was the office staff.
