Dr. Klapper and his physician’s assistant, Jane, were first and foremost, concerned with my comfort during the procedure.

Upon the arrival to my initial appointment, the receptionist was very helpful as I filled out my questionnaire on their iPad. Then a few evaluations took place by the Office Manager for insurance purposes, and by the PA to get specific information about the visual problem I have. Dr. Klapper followed up with each of my responses to his questions about my progress by clarifying what he had heard me say. I found his manner to be thoughtful, professional, and focused on my needs and care. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly to family and friends.

Front desk person was very welcoming. The waiting room is very convenient and pleasant. Very little wait time. The visit was efficient and satisfying. I highly recommend Dr. Klapper. The whole l experience was done professionally from step one until dismissal.
The whole staff as well as Dr Klapper will make you feel like you are a value to them. They make you feel confident and comfortable the minute you walk into their office. From my first visit, to my surgery, to my follow-up visits, I would highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and the quality of work they do. I had several questions before and after my surgery and they never made me feel like I was imposing or asking too many questions. The work that Dr Klapper did for me definitely met my expectations!
