I phoned in advance enquiring about a sentimental necklace that had unfortunately broken, over the phone they were kind and considerate despite all my tears. When i went in the staff was nothing but kind and understanding- taking great care with an item very precious to me. They fixed it on the day and its now perfect once again
Amazing customer service and experience for a bespoke engraved ring. Lorenzo was so super helpful during every step of the process and accommodated all our design requests.
