I have been to Lucia multiple times and she is brilliant. Our aim was to take my hair to a lighter tone, apply a root colour and give a trim which she did with ease. She explained that we will complete the roots first then begin to add bleach to make my hair lighter so the they do not mix and create the best results, she continued to explain the process as she was completing each step and made me feel at ease throughout. Don’t fall for the £150 deal ! her name is Lucia She’s being stingy with the bleaching She teasing the hair more so there’s less hair for bleaching Asker for a money piece front style she didn’t even give it properly ! Such a tight lady so stingy The place smell disgusting 🤮 Disgusting shop in Central London so disappointed Booked me for 11:30 then made me wait 30mins extra this way I missed my lash appointment. Lucia is absolutely amazing !! She did a great job with my damaged box dyed hair. I could not believe my eyes 👀 she is amazing and very professional. Made me feel at ease and listened to my requests before starting. She is the sweetest ♥️♥️♥️

This woman is a psychopath. She cut off our hair( for a bleach strand) knowing she was not going to proceed with us as clients, and decided to tell us after she cut our hair. Her place is dirty and messy and when we requested for pics of the hair lift, she refused and dismissed us completely and miraculously couldn’t do our hair after she cut a big piece of it off. Scary person and not professional whatsoever. Next time, if you are aware you can’t do a clients hair, maybe don’t cut a big chunk of it out. It’s giving witchcra... read more
