Worst experience ever. Doesn't even deserve one star. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to only drive away angry. Arrived before 5 to order three milkshakes during happy hour where I was made to wait 7 mins before placing my order making it no longer happy hour. They refused to fix my total.
My family and I ate here today. The food, service and wait time were great. However, the place was filthy. The floors, the bathrooms and even the bathroom walls were disgusting. Don't think we'll be back any time soon.
Went to this location last night at 12:30 am and will never go back...there were 3 tables of young people already eating when we went in and that is it...the girl who came to wait on us finally was either crazy or high on something...she was fluttering all around and told us she had worked 12 hours and would have to walk to her babysitters and then home ....blah blah blah...took our orders which we waited over an hour for ...it still had not come out so we got up to leave...let me tell you the place was filthy and there was ... read more
Absolute horrible experience the last 2 times we've been there. I sat in drivethru for 25-30mins today ordering and waiting on food. Had to repeat my order numerous times because the person taking my order couldn't get it right. Milkshake was like liquid. Staff was not pleasant. I will not go back to that place!
How does this place stay open? I have left in the past because I wasn't even acknowledged after waiting at the door for 5 min or longer. This last visit we were seated but had to wait for our server to take their 20 min break before we even got drinks. We ordered food right away so we didn't have to wait twice. Food was not that good either. I keep promising myself to never go back. Now i see others have the same experience. This time I may listen to myself. Stay away unless you want to freeze and be ignored for the evening.
Will never return to this 'restaurant'. Always a horrible experience, clueless wait staff, always dirty. Last visit took 45 minutes to get 2 shakes.
Been eating Breakfast for several weeks now. Have had excellent service from Crystal and Dawn. They are always happy and friendly always quick to seat me and take my order. Always quick on refills. Been real happy in service in morning. Try there breakfast you won't be sorry.
Usually love this place unfortunately the past handful of times I go I have had terrible service and I wait for over ten minutes to get seated and the place isn't even busy. Unfortunately I love the food so I keep going back thinking it would change but it hasn't. I'm probably going to start going to Columbus just to eat at one.
We used to love steak n' shake ... but EVERYTIME we come here, even if there's is no one here, we wait forever to have our order still wrong. Then they're either out of everything we ask for or just don't make it at all anymore. And when we order shakes they're always melted like they've been sitting there all day. This steak n' shake is horrible and we WILL never come here again. Save yourself and don't waste your time !!!!
