The food was, cold, order was changed twice, dish was sent back dirty, coffee cold, waitress was rude. Service was not like I get at Zainesville, Ohio.
This place is ridiculous been waiting in Drive thu line good 30mins so i call in ask why and guy acts so stupid like he dont know there 3 cars in damn Drive thu waiting
it was great as alway I like the waitress n they got in a matter of minutes but I like Lenny cooking better then any one.
Well as I sit here waiting on a carry out order at the bar. It only took 20 minutes for some to even acknowledge that I was sitting here.....I have been here for 35 minutes and still waiting on food. How is it that this place is so slow. We actually like the food, but the service is less than special. Managers are on the grille talking about vintage record players........not a care in the world with what not happening with the customers who are being neglected. Very slow service, food was cold won't be back. Even the milk shake was bad
Never going back. Worst service ever. Some food never delivered. Guess you only get one glass of water then you need to get your own. Maybe 15 other customers in restaurant. Workers everywhere except working.
