Well 1st off, I had to scream into the speaker thing to place my order and then after the 30 minute wait I ended up getting a bun with two grease patties that may have had cheese in between with nothing else, no lettuce, tomato, pickles, nothing, not even a fuck you.
So. A long wait to be seated even though there are 5 tables empty just not getting cleaned. Ridiculous! Don't seem to care about waiting customers at all!
Horrible service!!! I have never been in this restaurant and had this kind of service!!! Our waitress was absolutely horrible, took our drink orders didn't come back for 20 mins, couldn't make eye contact, couldn't even wait for an answer as to whether we needed refills...waited for an hour for our food...
Employees felt more like socializing with each other rather then serving customers...needs better mangament...you could listen to the servers entire childish conversations...will probrally not be back
Service awful. Haven't been there in a few months, went this AM @ 7:00. Waited at drive thru speaker for about 5 mts (was only car @ drive thru), placed order & was told to pull up & they would bring food out. Nine mts later guy came out & said they were out of biscuits for 1 of my order, so had them put on whole wheat. 8 mts later brought out order. Got home it was WRONG. The Applewood bacon sure didn't look like website, which I could read through the bacon. Whole place looked dazed & confused. Done.
Worst service ever! Won't be coming back. Took an hour just to get our milk shakes and the waitress was very rude. We got our food after an hour and 20 minutes and never saw her again after that.
I have only been to this location twice with the second being today. We decided to give it a second chance (AFTER ALMOST 6 MONTHS) because the service and food was so bad but nothing has changed. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. too much to list!
My husband and I and another couple went there Dec 12 th, had gone to a hockey game and was celebrating Christmas. The service was awful, the food was awful, our friend never got his food, my milkshake was completely melted when I got it. Ask to speak to manager, waitress said she didn't know who it was. Our meals were comped but the manager was hiding in the back. We have gone here alot, it has gotten worse since around May, don't know what the problem is there but it definitely has gotten worse.
