You guys used to be great. It's just slowly dying down now. Waitresses don't know what's up.
Yesterday was one of my worst experiences at Steak N Shake in Lancaster, Ohio. Not only did I wait to be seated, we were the only ones there waiting and not one employee acknowledged us standing there. Ordered food and it came out in a decent time, but they forgot 2 out of the 4 things we ordered then what topped it off..walk up to pay the bill, plenty of people behind the counter cooking and the lady (who isn't wearing a hair net but everyone else is) finally after another 10 minutes of being ignored comes over to get our b... read more
This restaurant in Lancaster, OH is obviously in need of new management and also a review by superiors. If the main dining room and the restrooms look so bad, wonder what it looks like where they prepare the food they serve us? Don't think I want to know! I've gone there many times over the years, but will not be going back. The service and the appearance of this same chain of restaurants is so much different at the Vienna, WVA store.
Been waiting 20 minutes in drive through for food.. and I'm the only customer!! Haha, service here is a joke.
Is was so busy that the 7 of us couldn't sit together and their was only one writer thier and it was bad
