Never going to the Steak n Shake in Lancaster ever again. Absolutely horrible service. The girl that seated us didn't even greet us or smile, in fact she was quite rude. When we got seated, we sat there for almost 15 minutes, until i had to ask for service. Which is ridiculous. When we got our food my sandwich was made so shitty, like they didn't even try. My friend had found glass in her milkshake so we told the waitress told us she would get a manager. The manager didn't come until 15 minutes later. Plus the service took forever even though there was no one else there and the waitresses' attitude was terrible.
I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant before. The manager was so mean and it took 15 minutes for a waitress to finally come to our table.
Burger was pretty good, same issues as most. Waitress was not aware i was her customer until another woman pointed me out, ordered a shake ut never came out. Went to the register to pay manager never apologized even while removing the 4.00 off my check. Only staff that seemed to give a damn were the waitress who made my table server aware and the girl that rang up my check..... but once again all common posts for this location
We was seated as soon as we walked in, and the waitress was very nice. The food was great, and my grandson was very happy. When he's happy we're happy. Thank you very much!
Waited for over half hour just to order and then they forgot half the food.
