Took us an hour to get are food then didn't get it all and had to wait an extra half-hour on it. And all the food we got was cold. And my milkshake wasn't even rite I ordered so strawberry banana side by side and have no order what kind they gave me. Well never ever go back.
To short handed. Always wait at least hour and food just warm never hot!! I think we have come for the last time!! Waitress was nice and I know it's not her fault. It was Jessica V.
I love their food, however this time the service was terrible. I went in to order carryout. One woman was continuously rude. I got home to find no rootbeer, wrong burger and missing a side order.
Service was terrible and we waited about an hr for our food. The waitress we had was rude. She didnt bring out one of my friends food and we told her what it was and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Then when she brought it out to us it was cold cause it was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. But all she wanted to do was complain to another waitress about it. Never going back.
I love Steak n Shake. It's one of my favorite restaurants. The service and the meal I had yesterday was less than stellar. Service was poor, despite the place being almost vacant of other customers. The food came out cold, my waitress disappeared for nearly 20 minutes before I saw her again to ask for something she had forgotten to bring me. And why on Earth would anyone think that it's ok to take cottage cheese off the menu?
Worst place to eat. Other customers was even complaining. Food was cold. Our food sat in the kitchen window for 20+ before brought out to us and it wasnt busy maybe 3 tables at most. Verry slow the Waitress there was horrible and had bad attitude. This place has been like this the last several times i have went there. Highly recommend going somewhere else to eat. They even screwed up a simple cheeseburger with fries 3 times and came out cold. And wrong the 3rd time. This place needs major change!!
I wish I could give it 0 stars the server was so rude I mean so rude!!!! Ahe had the nerve to argue with me!!!
