Got seated after 10mins..waited and waited and the only waitress working took a table that was after us. We just got up and walked out. Highly disappointed.
RecommendedFood was received fast and our server Michael was very polite!
Only go if everything else is closed
The four times I've eaten here, the food and service have both been good.
This place is being run at a sub par level that made me take the time to write this review. We got here at 7:45 and it is now 9:20. Took 10 minutes for someone to seat us. 40 minutes to get our food and I have been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come by so I can pay my bill I know if we walked out they wouldn’t even know. Save your money and go somewhere else!
Not sure if they got new staff, but service and food was great today! Our waitress, Dawn, was outstanding. She helped us along with others tables when they needed help and the front register. She was professional, sweet and checked all the food before bringing it out to customers. She’s definitely management material in our eyes!
waited over 20 minutes to be seated with plenty of Tabels open! we decided to seat are selfs. They still wouldn't come to are tabel and give us a menu. Then all of a sudden a lady rips the tabel out from my mom and was yelling and was really rude her Name is Holly and we will no longer be returning to Lancaster steak and shake. Never in my life have I seen a employee treat a person like that. My mom was just trying to take my daughter out for a birthday dinner and she ruined it! Get some New Employee or Lose your business!
Very bad additudes from waitress. Won't seat you when there is obvious empty tables. Runs their mouth when you seat yourself. The waitress (Holly) was so rude. She pulled the table out from in front of me before I could stand up. Do Not Reccomend!
Great place to take kids. Good selection of kids meals and taste good
