we waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 min , she finally started taking our order and half way through she said just a second and we waited another 7 min and she never returned to finish taking the order so we left. will never go back to that location.
The service was terrible that is the only reason no hustle whatsoever food was cold watched everything be made and how long it took was astonishing Poor management will be the death of this machine one day there's no way with the ticket times they can be making profit with that labor everyone standing around Which is crazy for how dirty the cooking area was

Always great food and service. Had to wait a few times but they were just busy. My favorite burger place !!
We went at 7:30 on a Sunday and had amazing service. Our drink orders were in and at the table in 5 minutes. Our food came out within 12 minutes of ordering and was perfect! I have never had a bad meal at a Steak ‘n Shake and I hope I never do.
We had a pleasant waitress but took forever to get the milkshakes! People who came right in before us had eaten and left before we got our milkshakes or food! Third time we have been there that this has happened! It is supposed to be known for their shakes so they need to get them out sooner
