We were told to pull up and order would be broughT out., shakes were delivered with no straws or spoons, 10 min later food was delivered. We went right home and food was cold and whipped cream on shakes melted. When girl brought out the shakes I told her we had food too, she rudely stated she was the shake person. But. She is then the one who brought out food!
Took us over a hour to get served last night. Very disappointed in the service...what small amount we had.
Horrible service, 2 milk shakes in drive thru took 25 minutes and going inside to get them!! Ridiculous
Piece of advice: don't go to the Lancaster Steak and Shake. The service is the pits. I stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes with several waiters standing nearby before finally seating myself at the counter. I then wait 10 more minutes before i have to ask the grill cook to take my order, and he puts it in as to go. So my food comes out in a bag, and sits in the kitchen for 10 minutes before they figure out its mine. So someone brings me a plate and says "here you go" and gives me the bag with my now cold food. Our food and our shakes were so good. We loved all of it. The serves also was very good. But then again we have love Steak n Shake for a long time. Never disappointed
I went to this location today at 9:45 am the girl dint give me my receipt at the window we where told to pull up, After getting out food at 10:05 am I asked for my receipt and she told me she would have to go back in to get it. I had to get back to work so I told her never mind since we had to wait so long for our food. Will never est there?! Staff was rude to my daughter in a wheelchair cause it was a fire hazzard in the dining room!! Bullshit!! People with disabilities have just as much right to sit and eat like everyone else
