Went there today. Seemed liked forever before we were finally seated. Waitress came by and took our order. Never got our drinks. Another couple came in after us. Got their drinks and a few minutes later got their milkshakes. We still haven't gotten our drinks. Finally we decided to Hell with it and got up and left. Wasn't worth our time.
This was the absolute worst experience. I used to love their chicken until I left the drive-thru with RAW chicken today and called to speak to a manager and had to wait ten minutes and call back just so he could apologize and tell me to come back and get a refund. Don't worry, i'll NEVER come back.
I've always liked it would love for one to come to Burleson some day !!

Please don't ever visit this place. I visited this particular Steak 'n Shake with my family yesterday 06/01/17. We stood there about 5 minutes without any acknowledgement until we were leaving to go some where else.
Horrible Service. Nobody took our order then the manager had an attitude because we complained. Will not be back.
