Food was great but the service was incredibly slow
Terrible service! Nobody acknowledges you or greets you, so you're just standing there waiting to be seated. A few people walked out because nobody was assisting them. They are under staffed and never have enough people working. No matter what time of day I have came, the service has ALWAYS been terrible!
I was in the drive thru lane for over 30 min and then when I got to window I still had to wait for my food and then even longer for the shakes, while my food lost its heat. There was no apology. Now the food, well burgers were great! The fries were no longer warm after waiting for the shakes and then driving home. My son loves the food but i don't plan to make a trip back anytime soon.
Waited 19 minutes In drive thru line. Husband's sandwich was a poor excuse, but mine was good so we both shared it. People were literally leaving the line flipping off the window... Get it together guys.
I went and got the portabella skillet and food was delicious and the service was great and I will be going back
Steak and shake is almost always the worst service. This time was the best service ever!! The fastest, the hottest food, everything was great! They were busy or I would have told the waitress how great she was.
I can't stand bad service. It took 4 ladies looking at us for 5 minutes to decide who was going to seat us. The girl took our drink & meal order but never returned with the drinks. After 15 minutes of waiting...we walked out. What an embarrassment to the company.
