waiting 5 minutes to get my order taken in the drive thru. then took 30 minutes before they came outside not with my food but an excuse.
Went to this location at around 5PM and it took 15 minutes to get our order taken. We were 1 of 3 tables inside. It then took 30-45 min to get our shakes and another 10 minutes to get our food. It was only then we were told they were short staffed. Funny... the shift leader and 3 other employees were all up front cutting up and talking. We were comped our meal but will not be returning to this location until it is under new management. Hope the corporate office sees this post and they all get fired!! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Wish I had read the reviews before coming in to this establishment. Will never EVER come back. That's a promise!

Sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. One person ahead of me. I knew I should have gotten a pizza. Hopefully they’ll come my meal when I get to the window. This is ridiculous. Holy hell.
We got sat down at noon didn’t get our order taken till 12:30 , didn’t get out drinks till almost 1 then food came about 15mins later , things were missing and it wasn’t correct . People who came way after us had already eaten and left before we even got our food. It was just me and my two small children and one had to go the tbathroom so we went come back and out table is cleared with our half eaten food 😡😡😡😡 horrible experience I would like the district manager to contact me
