Horrible. .. received shakes after completing our meal. .
Seriously they need new management. I have stopped eating in because the service is horrible. Have gone through the drive thru a few times with no issues but now I’m completely done with them. On line at the drive through for 15 minutes while the car at the window is waiting to order, no one in front of them.I finally drove around the line to the window and the drive thru guy apologized because he was busy with a large order. Out drink order came right out, but the Shake made it out when our food was almost finished. It took us 35 minutes to get a bite size burger, I was wondering why everyone was sitting without any food when we walked in. Our orders was wrong, even though they fixed it, it still took another 20 minutes for that order to come out. Geesh time out , the manager was extremely nice though and discounted our bill.
Stopped by today 07-28-2019 for the first time and we loved it. Will definitely will recommend this place to anyone
Horrible service I had my kids and nieces and nephew waited ten min to be seated no one bother to give us a table even though they had tables available. how did i explain my kids we couldn't stay becasue their service is bad and is not the first time it really sucks that they have great food and shakes but thier customers service is horrible that you have families walking out. They need better management. walked out of Stake and Shake to go to Cains and oh boy what a difference of service.
