If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We have been several times and it is honestly the worst service. They need to shut it down, go through training or something. Do not go here!
We arrived at 6:30 and didn’t get our burgers until 8pm. We are both sick. Meat was undercooked. I’ve never had a problem with Steak n Shake ever, but this was a nightmare.
Slow service. Had to wait to be seated. Had to wait 10 minutes to give order. Another 25 minutes to get my food. Won’t go back.
My grand babies and I had major issues, from drinks to entree to go orders.... I have been a customer starting as a child... thought I would carry on the tradition with my family. Definitely rethinking that, maybe retraining staff should be on Steak & Shakes agenda!
Why do you have ONE waitress for the whole restaurant on a Saturday night. I order a SHAKE and the poor lady has to warn me “it will take forever”... �
Been seated for 45 min and still no food, barely got my drink. Absolutely the worst Steak ‘n Shake I have been to.
Bet experience there a couple months ago when I bought a sandwich that was horrible I had ate there before and it wasn't so bad I've only eaten there 3 times in my life I contacted corporate office they took all the information I even have pictures and they never even contacted me back so I won't eat there anymore
No problem fast service great food and shakes at the Arlington restaurant on Arbrook the waitress came around several times and the place was busy.
