Such a joke of a place waited 20 min to get my milk shake then manager didn't have anything to say and didn't care will not be back here ever again.
worst service,40 min to get 2 burguers with fries and when i received it was cold... i ask for the return of my money... a really waste of time.. the place really really need a good management. ill never go again to this restaurant
Food was cold, sweet tea tasted like water, after serving us a supposedly chili-cheese dog without the chili, the waitress decides to tell us they were out of chili instead of asking us if we still wanted it! To top it off I had no room to complain because all the waiter did was complain himself..."I hadn't eaten in 8 hours, it's been non-stop bc of spring break, I'm really the only waiter, we hv a new manger, no one stays here to work they always quit, it's hard to keep employees." Now that should hv been my que to leave!!!
It wasn't awesome or poor, even though I only had the milkshakes. The milkshakes wasn't the best, I had a bit better at another place, it wasn't the best first glance that is all I can say. I would probably give it another go later on though. The taste of my shake was like any ordinary milkshake, but it didn't even look close to the picture on the menu. The service was a bit slow, probably being short handed or too many people in the drive-thru. But overall it was just average for me.
Just ok.... I like DQ better. Didn't really have flavor.
Best steak n shake iv been to so far � i sure will come back.
