How you go through a drive thru window and no one come over the speaker to say that the drive thru was closed. I come to this location all the time and every time it's something. The guy was very respectful who came to the window to inform me that the drive thru was closed as that I had to come in. The purpose especially at this time of night is to drive thru not get out and place and order. Horrible customer service
Greasy and tasteless. Won't be back. I was very disappointed.
This has probably been the worst service I have ever had! Not one thing that we ordered came out correct and it was cold. When we got the 2nd round - still wrong. It's not like there was a line out the door busy either.
Ordered Turkey Club and Parmesan Cheese Fries. The turkey club came out with blobs of mayo all over it and the parm fried were dusted with a green powder ( I guess that's the parmesan cheese?). Server was hardly ever there to check on us...although she was very sweet. Doubt we'll go back.

I like so much Steak N Shake in 951 W Arbrook Drive Arlington, 76015 =D because they respect the promotion coupons, the staff is very friendly & internet works well. I love its menu. 👍. I don’t say the same for 2272 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington,76006 o.O because in this restaurant they don’t respect the promotion coupon that they send in the newspapers :( .
Went with my hubby and we liked it. Our waitress was very nice. Food was good for the price, and the shakes were delish!
