Alright love the food here but I got sat down and it took 10 minutes for someone just to order my drink which was shake but I order the food at the same time. My girlfriend and I have been waiting on food for 30 at least while I am writing this review. I am disappointed in this place all around the food is good but service is below good by any means. I would tell anyone else to go somewhere else if you want good service.
They use magicians & balloon artists in other stores all over the country but not in Dallas - Fort Worth stores. They claim that no stores do this. Yet I saw entertainers in Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Missouri. Then I was told that wasn't part of their stores. The wait is always long and entertainment would be nice. Supervisor in Frisco, Texas said that he had done this before with Great success! Usually my order gets confused. Not sure why! Bad service to start off. Mgr talking to a employee in waiting room. Our waitress was very courteous. Took 10 minutes before got our drink order. Too many chiefs & not enough Indians. Reflection on BAD manager. One table up & left.
Yum for cheap! Usually decent service...always below freezing in there though! Like so cold it hurts =/
