Went here for lunch yesterday, a bit out of my way - but WORTH IT! It was clean and the employees were wonderfully welcoming! Quick and delicious! I didn't catch the waitress' name, but she couldn't have been more helpful or more friendly. Sat at the "bar" and watched the grillmaster work his magic. I highly recommend this location!
This store has crashed and burned over the last month or so. The morning employees have a foul attitude and are rude every time we have gone there recently. They behave as if they're doing us a huge favor by taking our order and as if serving us our food is a major pain in the a$$ for them. Not only do they never say 'thank you', they can barely behave in a civil manner. We used to be regulars for breakfast, but now we will never eat there again.
Worst service in restaraunt history. Lost our order. Quick meal turned into 1 hour debacle
Needs ALOT of work. Was sat but was not waited on for 15 mins, once we got out order to someone it took another 15 mins for drinks which a new waiter brought to us. Our food took another 25 minutes. People that had given their orders before we even walked in were finally served AFTER my family was finished with ours. NEEDS ALOT OF WORK *Drive thru always the best option*
We love this chain! The food of course was spectacular; the guest service was shockingly terrible. I understand staff having off days, but I was amazed at how little the guest mattered. Disappointed to say the least
Worst service ever. The servers don't seem to be well trained. The manager is a joke. We were here for almost an hour. Several tables (at least 5) were dirty nearly the whole time. There was a huge wait at door, people turning around leaving. All the manager would do is walk by and pick up a dirty paper towel of one table and head to the back. Bad customer service. ..waited 39 minutes to be seated...then waitress left ..the resturant and couldn't be found...
Bad, bad very bad service 1:20 min waiting for the order and it came out wrong...
I just left out of this location after being ignored for 10 minutes. We waited to be seated, the employees looked at us walk in and continued to ignore us until the point where we left. Standing behind the counters on your cell phones doesn't count as working when customers walk in that should be your top priority. Someone needs to retrain this staff on true customer service.
