If I could give zero stars I would do so. We love Steak & Shake however we won't be coming back to any location. This is our 3rd "let's try it again, maybe it will be better" attempt. The service is HORRIBLE. They need new management to MANAGE their employees. Long wait at the host station longer wait to be greeted. Watched our server forget to get our drinks and say NOTHING, no sorry by bad nothing! Such a shame.
It has a funky smell. Service mega slow. Employees not happy no smiles. Only when they are cutting up. Slow,slow oh ya slow
30 fucking minutes in the fucking drive thru line and they try to give me my food COLD. Like holy fuck, I don't want that!!! When I told them that I didn't any cold food they offered me a free side of warm fries. Um no, how about you remake my entire order????? Really fucking pissed me off. But it was a bit funny, driving off and hearing the manager yell "please at least take the shakeeeeee" yeah no.
Any time we come here it's always terrible service. Long waits to sit down, long waits for the waiter/waitress to come to the table, long waits for the food. We will come about 10 or 12 at night after a movie and they only have one server but a line of people to sit down. They almost always mess up the order and when they don't mess up the order, they separate the payments wrong and sometimes over charge some people. I would go to a different one but they are too far out.
Worst experience by far... over 10 minutes to even get drinks, and they were wrong.. then 20 minutes to even get to order then another 30+ minutes to get our food which was cold on top of shakes coming out before food and were melted... plus our orders were not correct either.... manager was rude when i politely tried to speak with her she began to smart mouth and rolling her eyes... the restaurant was not packed either... Will not be going to this location again

The server named John was awesome!! 2nd day and already a pro. On the other hand...took an hour to get our food!! The food tasted good, but not sure if I'll visit this location again. I should have read the reviews about the wait before I came here. Great job tho, John.
Have you ever waited for food that you had already paid for and decide that after 45 minutes of waiting.... the food wasn't worth another minute of your time so you just leave? I did that last night at this location.
