I guess we were there on a better day. Our server Ethan was super nice. He was very attentive without overdoing it. We were seated right away, our food was wonderful (footling chili dog for me and double bacon for my son). Ethan offered a drink to go too. It isn't the fanciest place inside, but our food and service were right on time.
The place was super clean the staff super nice. Service was fast and efficient ant the food was on point. Think I'll make that my stop when I'm passing through Lansing.
Our server was awesome, burgers delicious and milkshakes for dessert, amazing!
Went in to put in a take out order, but the person behind the counter just ignored us and didn't want to help us. We walked out and went somewhere else.
I took my mom and myself to eat yesterday and we order the original double cheesed burger with fries and I had the steak burger with fries with two cups of chili ,the chilli was in the window for more the five minutes and when it was brought to us ,it was cold ....I had to ask another waitress if she could return the cold chilli and get us a new one ,we didn't even get a sorry or anything ,I think it's rude ,we drove from Ionia MI ..please work on your service and make sure the food is warm
Poor service! Had to wait a long time just to get shakes. Was there after 2pm. Thought the half off shakes applied. Our server verified they did. Got up to check out and told by a manager it was only during the week. Got a half hearted apology for our trouble. Every time I come to this Steak & Shake, I swear won't come back. Very disappointed.
