Long wait for table and service. Terrible service. Waitress told us she didn't know who had what and just dropped it on the table and left us to figure it out. One order was wrong and had to be re-made and it took 20 minutes for it to be fixed. Ordered water for the table and she only brought one, asked again for water for the table, she brought two more. There were five people at the table. Food was what you would expect for $4. First and last time at this restaurant.
Go to this location often. Normally very good service and food. Yesterday on the other hand was awful. Waitress wasn't friendly. Food took forever and wasn't up to par. Shakes took 45 mins. I honestly think she forgot about them til she saw us still sitting there. Very disappointed. Makes me question if management has changed or what. Not to mention this is 2nd time in a month that handicap stall was out of order. Seriously fix it already!
Always good food and good service at this location. Servers are always friendly and polite. Saved over $10 with coupons, fed 6 people for $30, which is great. One of these days I'll download the app and start saving even more money.
2 times I have come here and had horrible service! One day we waited almost a hour for someone to come to our table her excuse was she was pregnant. Yesterday we waited a good 15 minutes when the table behind us got a server right away we ordered 3 shakes and it took 45 minutes! My dad asked if they were milking the cow out back to make it. Then we sat for about another 20 minutes waiting for the bill I got so fed up we just walked up to the counter and asked him to find the bill for our table so we could leave. This place needs to improve. Waited to be seated for over 10 minutes. Waited for our waitress to come talk to us....over 10 minutes she comes to my table after everyome walked out but me. I asked for a number to contact the district number, they gave me the number to steak and shake. They were not busy and their was 5 tables ahead of us that were waiting for their drink to be ordered.
