Waitress we had was unpleasant seemed like she hates her job. I ordered a shake and the shake had a piece of plastic in it when I brought it to the manager he acted like it wasn’t a big deal and said he make A new one for me. He completely forgot about me and never told our waitress. I eventually gave up on the shake and requested it be taken off my bill. Poor service i will never return.
Use to go here a lot but this time, our burgers were not the same. The taste was different and we didn't care for them. Just don't think we will be back anytime soon.
The manager was super rude when I was trying to tell him what I found in my shake then was telling him my waitress didn't even check on us till our food was gone just a shitty place I understand with holidays and all but till for a MANAGER TO GET SHITTY SAY DONT WORRY I YOUR BILL HAVE A GREAT DAY! I was trying to pay my bill wasn't asking for speacil request or anything. I will never come here again
Been ordering from this location the last 2 years. I go through the drive thru tonight at 3am and have 3 separate orders for my co workers. The lady tells me she can't take my order because there is only 2 of them working, and it will take to long. She said we are busy and had 2 cars in the line. I won't be ordering from here again.
Good food. Fast service. Friendly waitstaff. Manager on duty was sincere when asked us how everything was. Only complaint was we were too full for a shake.
Ordered breakfast at about 11:30 a.m. Only issue was that I asked for American fries but got French Fries. I didn't bother to ask for a change because I don't like wasting food.
