I really like coming to this location, but as of lately: I'm convinced this particular store is making the beef patties slightly smaller for profit sake. I didn't realize it until changing up locations. Please fix this !
The bathroom was nasty. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned inside or out for weeks. I couldn't stay and have a meal. If the bathrooms are dirty then the kitchen probably is too.
Poor service food was burnt to a crisp and we where told it's there policy
Service was subpar as per usual at steak and shake. But the food and shakes were wonderful as they usually are. My daughter always says we come for the food and not the service.
The food was tasty and the prices very reasonable. The menu has many good choices. If noisy crowds, especially kids, annoy you, you may want to avoid this place during the usual mealtimes. It can get quite hectic.
