Server was ok but took way to long to get our food allmost an hour to get burgers and fries and 15 min after we got our food we finally got our shakes. Sucky restaurant
The worst dinner date with my family... Poor service and their was a hair in my wifes food and the manager was a complete dick about it... I will not recommend anyone to this location and i will never return....
We had to wait for the server for a long time, our fries were cold, my hamburger was cold and cheese wasn't even melted
So it has been almost 1 year sense I have went to this steak and shake. Last time took over 1 hour for food. Manager must glad it off with a short handed. So yesterday went again for my daughter. Waitress was good, took order right away then comes over after we had been there half hour to say order never went though on computer so she resent it. 10 more min. Long wait for service, but staff is friendly and love their shake's.
This one is horrible, Wait staff and management hide at the workstation, almost 15 minutes just to take our order, an it's not even busy, this is the second time I've came to this establishment and have received poor service, food is good, but the waitstaff is completely horrible
Great service, friendly staff and good food. Had a great lunch with the family.
