The food is pretty good, but I am currently sitting in the drive-thru for 37 minutes and I still have not gotten my meal. I would drive away but I already ordered. I didn't think it would take so long because there was only 2 cars in front of me. They seriously need to re-evaluate their staff or their drive thru policies because I don't feel that it should take this long.

Usually a good place to grab some grub. Tonight was not like other visits: frigid temperature throughout dinning area, cold food (shredded cheese didn't melt on top of chili), and the waitress could have put forth lil more effort in every aspect of her job. Even complained about food temp and manager never came to make it right (thankful for waitress at register she made it right).
Used to love coming for shakes for my whole staff, but the quality has really gone downhill. My husband and I just picked up two shakes (a rare indulgence for us), and we were disappointed by much smaller shakes than before, for the same price as before. And they didn't even bother to fill the cup up...it was about an inch and a half short on each cup. If I could attach a picture, I would. Not worth the money.
