waited half way thru the meal for my shake.waitress appeared to forget. short staffed. chili came out looking like it sat under a lamp for hours. onion rings greasy with odd taste. food cold. long wait for our food. never again.
It Took like 5 Mins just to get Seated. Then it Took Forever just to get Our Food.
Went today for dine in. We sat down at our table at 2pm and walked out at 2:15 because we still hadn’t even been asked what we would like to drink. The manger watched us walk out and didn’t say anything. Very disappointed! 3 tables were sat after us and got water brought right to them so I’m pretty sure they just forgot about us. We won’t be back.
The banana we ordered was brown and bruised (and it came to us peeled, so they should have seen...) and the tomato on my sandwich was the top and still had piece of the stem area. It took forever to get our food, on top of waiting to even place our food/drink order. Very slow service. My husband mentioned the banana incident to the cashier, and was told, “it looks fine. I would eat that..” 🤯

Went there for two shakes, waited over ten minutes. Both of the shakes were made as the wrong flavor. I asked for a replacement but my husband didn't want to wait even longer to get his replaced. Also we didn't even get the cherry on top.
