We were in the middle of a trip from Michigan to Missouri to see our son graduate Boot Camp. We had 10 people in our group. Eight adults, two children. We got there at around 8:30am. Place was literally empty. Maybe 2 to 3 customers. We all ordered our beverages first. The server came with our drinks and took our food order and we didn't see her for almost an hour. Manager disrespectful after trying to get the right order getting my order completely wrong the first time. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place.
While dining with my family this past Friday, I couldn't help but to notice how a manger in purple shirt by the name of Chris talked to an employee who's a minor and his mom about not releasing him on time. Chris continued to work him AFTER he was off of the clock and wanted the boy's mother to be okay with waiting over 30 minutes outside after his shift had ended. The manager Ava was not any better. Ate there an the service was extremely slowwwwww... It seems like all steak and shake are like that ! Wish service was better !
Let me reiterate the rating: HATED IT!!!! Tried to go through the drive through after a school event with the kids at 7:15 last night. The drive thru order taker was rude, insulting, nasty, made me wait after not being acknowledged when I pulled up, kept interrupting me as I was trying to order with a very snotty "is that all?" Got pulled up to the window where they actually were laughing at how funny they thought it was being sooooo rude. Horrible service... took 10 minutes to get seated... another 10 to get our orders taken. So 40 miutes intp. Being here we got our watery shakes.. and 45 minutes later and we just got our food with cold fries... never syopping here again
Service was good, food was cold and we were then only people on the whole dam place
