Worst experience ever with Steak 'n Shake and that's saying a lot.
The place was dirty and bathroom disgusting!! Had my grandkids and stopped there because they are normally clean!! Was totally dis appointed !! Never go back there again!!
This is the slowest Steak 'N Shake I have ever been too. We had a family of 5 sitting in front of us who got in right before we did and they ended up leaving as their food order was never placed. We almost left but just as we were about to the food came out. Another table asked for the manager and she was in the back. She came out and apologized after he told her that her employees were too busy socializing with their friends. She then went back into the back. They left off the avocado off the garden bowl salad and when I asked they said I needed to request it. Why if it in the picture should it not be included. Someone is pocketing to money and the customers are not being treated fairly if they are paying for something they are not getting.
Service here is the worst, my son said we could have had better service at McDonald's and they don't offer service. Food was good, service was about the worst ever. I was wishing I did go to McDonald's, no way you should leave steak and shake wishing you went to McDonald's.
Only place that was close and open ...and the biggest disappointment of my whole month if you visit this place please prepare to have patience specially if it's after hours they screwed up my order two different times and they had an attitude about having to fix their fuk up.... ���
Second time in 8 yrs that the service was awesome. Very pleased. Our food came out fast n hot. The server was also like a hawk with our drinks.
