Got onion rings, they were under cooked. Going back to French fries.
Would give less than 1 star if I could. Twice in six months we've waited 20 minutes just for a server to come to our table. Then 30-40 more minutes for burgers and fries... I watched 3 groups walk out and leave tonight, another group with children. Absolutely horrible service!
this is my regular stop on my once a week run to a local business , food is always spot on and service is even better . I am required by federal D.O.T. to take a 30 minute break , and always have a few minutes to kill before I can get back on the road, been too several steak n shakes , this one is by far the best
My son had hair in his hamburger and took half an hour to get another one. Had to fight with the manager to get money taken off our bill. Waitress didn't make out our bill correctly. Just horrible bathroom facilities!!!😞😞😞😞😞😞 All around bad experience!
Service was horrible. The waiter/ waitresses done nothing but have loud conversations between each other, waiter was standing at our table and having loud conversation with co worker behind wall. Not once were we asked if we needed anything, if the food was good etc. it's ridiculous!! Use to have great service from here but not tonight!!
Wasn't overly busy for Friday night dinner,out of soda flavors only coke orange or tea.slow waitress and poor order taking ability!when food arrived 20 mins later I didn't get a triple it was a double,I also ordered onion rings and they were cold ,like 20 mins cold! Although they didn't charge me for drinks it was an overall terrible experience,my apologies to my wife and daughter for a bad choice.i wish I had spent 20$ across at white castle! First time at Steak n Shake will not be the last. Friendly staff, quick service, great burgers, fries, shakes. Reasonable price. Even bought some Steak n Shake seasoning for home!
