Ordered 3 burgers and two fries for carry out. Took over 30 minutes to get the food. Numerous employees even commented the time we had waited was ridiculous. Got the order home only to find the order was made wrong. A single bacon cheese burger with only mayo was made with everything. The bacon double with everything was made as a double cheese burger with mayo only and no bacon. Then to top it all off, hair was found in the fries.
Service is just way to slow!

Advertised as 24 hours and tried to go there at 11:30 and we walked in and were told they were closed but their doors were not locked either. This is the second time this has happened. Extremely annoying a frustrating. If you aren’t going to be opened for the hours you say, then you need to change the hours you advertise.
Advertised as 24 hours, told customers closed at 10:00 so I rushed through my meal. Hair was cooked into our hamburger and milkshakes were watered down and tasted like they were made with sour milk. They offered no compensation except to be given a coupon for 1 free meal. I politely declined as we will NEVER eat at this crap hole again! They have a bunch of theifs working there my niece left her phone there yesterday we called today They told us the phone was there half hour before we get there the phones magically gone!
Sat in the drive through for a good five min. Decided to go inside. Doors totally unlocked at 11:41 pm. Man inside tells me “mam we closed at 11”. Absolutely worst customer service experience. You’re open 24 hours!!! Will not be back. Passing on the word with all my hospital coworkers. 😡
I was 2nd in the drive thru line. It took 25 minutes to get two of the simple 4-4-4 meals. Wasn’t given an explanation or an apology. Fries were cold, order was wrong, and no receipt in the bag to use to take it back inside to get it corrected. Will have to look at my account online to know if my debit card was charged correctly! This restaurant is filthy. Even first thing in the morning its disgusting in there. Don't go here unless you want to pick up one of the many viruses that are surely floating around this disgusting cesspool of filth.
