Love Steak n Shake! We don’t have them where we live in Milwaukee so I get my fix when we travel. The fries are amazing! It’s not vacation unless I get to Steak n Shake at least once.
always have a good review at steak and shake. just think it's terrible they won't put one on the west side, it is hard for all of Benton County people to go to steak and shake

Never seem to have a good experience at this location. Wait staff doesn't seem to understand anything you say to them.
Me and my family, friends come up here almost nightly. We love the service and staff, the food is always great and the shakes are awesome.
Very poor customer service. Kitchen forgot multiple things and messed up many others. Very unhappy with this visit. Do not reccomend!
