There were 6 of us. The dining room wasn’t busy what so ever, we were there for 20 minutes and still have not been greeted. Our nephew asked when we were going to be waited on and the girl told him she doesn’t even know who was on the floor. A two top came in rift after that and got waited on immediately. We left immediately right along w a 8 top. This place already closes at 11pm due to no 3rd shift workers. The whole place needs shut down. TERRIBLE ! Will NEVER go back there again. waitress not friendly and had to rely on another waitress to get our things

RecommendedIt’s like going back in time to a 50’s Diner. The food is tasty, great value, and the staff always seem to be happy and friendly. And their seasoning that you can buy is just so tasty and useful in so many dishes. Plus it reminds me when I’m back in London of these lovely experiences.
the food was not exactly hot and wasn't fixed correctly. Service was slow and sporadic
There was only one young lady doing her very best to seat customers, take orders, run food, and take payments. We waited over 5 minutes to be seated, walked past all of the tables that hadn't been cleared, and then waited another 10 minutes before we could place our order. We then waited another 25 minutes for the order to be served. This was my first and probably last time at Steak and Shake.
