One of the worst meals ever! It took longer than usual for our food to come out. Of the three sandwiches and fries we ordered, not a single sandwich was correct and one order of fries was wrong too. While they corrected the sandwiches, our fries got cold. We certainly will not be back again. Guess we can be grateful the one salad and four drinks were correct. Our meals were not discounted and we were not asked at the register if everything was alright. Again, we will not be back!!
We got free food but we waited forever and it was still pretty cold. I mean you would think if u got free food it would be good and fresh ehhh think again! But I love steak and shake just depends on what time and which one.
Took 5 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes to get menus. We finally ordered and we were there for nearly 45 minutes before our shakes and food came. Would not go back again.
FOUND A MEDIUM LENGTH DARK HAIR IN MY SANDWICH! GROSS! I will NEVER go there again 😡 like, it got in my mouth which is how I found it. DISGUSTING!
