I hated the service that we got... oh I am sorry we got NO service, not even an acknowledgment that we were even there! Waited 10 minutes for some one to even say we will be right with you, turned and walked out.. I won't be going back any time soon... and if I do.. I will let management know what I think before I leave. Very poor management is all I can say. They better get some training in proper management or that store will be shutting down soon for lack of service.
Took over an hour to get our meal and order was incorrect what we did receive and never received part of the order. I would give them the benefit of the doubt if they were busy.....but only had three tables including ours.
Waited 5 minutes at the door to be seated by a very rude young lady. Waited 30 minutes to get our food and one plate was cold. Didn’t even get our shakes until we were walking out the door and even that was melted like drinking straight chocolate milk. Completely unorganized and terrible service.
Horrible customer service. Got my 3 toddlers out of the car to go inside to eat with my husband. No one greeted us or told us a wait time. Kids wanted to play the claw machine so my husband got his cash from my car. We only had a dollar and then a $5. We played one round of the claw machine, while still waiting to be seated. Ask for change for the $5, the people argued about who could give change. Eventually got the $5 in ones and we asked if we could get seated soon. night shift's cook is awesome, he is always so friendly.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. We were there 15 minutes before breakfast menu was being served. Hostess asked if we wanted to wait 15 minutes for the breakfast option, yes we did. Well about one hour later we got “our” food. It was not what we ordered. We paid for our beverages and left. Note we were one if two tables!
Been to this location twice and left because we’ve waited at least 10 minutes with no service! We won’t be coming back!!
The chicken strip dinner could of used more chicken than 3
