There are 2 locations in Lafayette, both have slow service. Tonight we went to the location on Meijer way. This location tonight took 10 minutes to seat us however the waiter was quick to order our drinks and food. The waiter appeared to be running drive thru as well as waiting tables.....waited and waited to get our food while other tables got theirs. waited hour and half for cold burger and fries. ordered grilled chicken sandwich but waiter heard grilled chicken salad.
I waited at the drive through 15 minutes just to order, and then another half hour or more for my food. When I got home, I found there were only 3 sandwiches instead of the 4 I ordered and paid for😡
The past 5 experiences at this particular location have left me with no other choice than to never return. We just waited 10 minutes just to get seated and no one took initiative. The management has no huddle. It doesn’t matter how busy this location is when you arrive, expect at least an hour and cold food. This stinks because it is my daughters favorite place to eat, but it’s not worth the headache. Denny’s sat immediately we didn’t wait for 15 minutes before getting orders placed and drinks on the table. Thanks #Dennys
The cooks were not wearing any hairnets. Last time I knew that was against health code. Where’s the health inspector when you need one. Hope I don’t get a mouth full of hair... Oh and let’s not forget to mention the guy flipping burgers after wiping his nose on his arm during flu season 🤢 please keep your germs to yourself. If I die then it’s been real ✌🏽
slow service, cold and very greasy food. Our waitress had a very filthy apron on. It had dried food smeared all over it. Can't imagine the germs on that apron and she was touching it and then handled our plates.
We ordered meals for 3 of us, only one made it to the table correct. 2 of the meals got their sides after having to ask twice for them. And one meal never received the milkshake that was ordered! And that wasn’t the worst of it, we never received any silverware or napkins and I had to go get them myself after having asked twice. Very disappointing service. We will never be stopping at this location again!
