I will not be going back! The services were slow, 45 minutes for a hotdog is too much and it was tough!
I love Steak and Shake when we are traveling! None around us. ..the grandkids love it! I'm glad as we get a break from from Mc Donalds!
Went through the drive-thru and waited several minutes for the gentleman to take the order. After he begins to take our order I have to repeat myself several times. He gives me my total and I pull forward to wait. Finally get to the window and get our good only to find our lg fry containers are only less than half full, they are cold, our chili isn't in the bag, and my coke is a diet coke!
Was terrible. A group of us wnt in with my party being the first to order. 45 minutes later everyone in our party had eaten as well as a few more. When w asked about how much longer cook off. Felt sorry for the workers under her

I come into steak n shake 4 or 5 nignts a week. Lora has been our servicer. We love her to Death.. She works so hard for you. You might think about giveing her a Bonus or raise be for you lose her. linda smith
Love their hamburgers. Tea is too weak.
It was awful, dried out food
Once seated, took a while to get service Sweet tea didn't taste fresh. Chili not very hot
