Manager decided to keep Cottage Cheese on the menu even though corporate got rid of it! You rule!
The hamburgers where great the fries where just to thin but over all it was great
Stopped by for a shake around 9:30 pm in drive Thru. Nobody came on speaker. Pulled thru to window. Nobody there either. Finally left
Fries were under cooked. Manager kept her gloves on while touching everything including food and the register.
The worst service I have received from a Steak n Shake! They talk fast and rude at window when ordering. They do not know how to treat or talk to customers from my experience today! There are plenty of other Steak n shakes to choose from in Springfield vs being treated poorly.
It took forever for our food and they were extremely busy and very unorganized servers were all over the place and they forgot our shakes, and forgot water refills!!
