We throughly enjoyed our meal!!! The service was superb!
5 kids 2adults and only 30 bicks with tip good food and good service so yeah i liked it
They never get orders right. Just placed an order & 20 minutes later we get an order again missing items. We will never use this one again and let our friends know not to. We have called a number of times and explained yo the 800 # and the evening manager how they messed up our order.Exact words from manager I don't care.
The service was wonderful, the food was wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful. A minor mistake was made with our order and the waitress cought it as she was serving us. She immediately fixed the mistake with a smile. �
The 4$ meal was 6$ some how,the lady was on meth by looking at her and watching her work...so sad! I've always loved this place exactly..we drive from Oklahoma to St Louis and always stop here all the other times it was perfect!
Walked in handed menus said server be right with ya 10 minutes later still no service when I got up someone said who has 14 by the way 2 servers walked by a few times and never acknowledged my presence. Horrible. Headed to another location see how that goes 240 pm 12.27.2016
Steak and shake is always a comfortable and relaxing place with good food. Also, is very affordable.
