It was ver' good it was real good it was real real good
It was a bad experience and I LOVE Steak n Shake. It was not the food but the service. Our waiter was NOT busy but he could not get our order correct. I ordered a cup of coffee which I got from the manager as I was leaving. Our fries were wrong. My sons burger was wrong. The first bad dining experience ever from one of my fave restaurants. �����
My first time to eat at a Steak'n Shake but I'll be back!
Lovely food and you need to try the milkshakes!
Staff was having a bad night tonight. Got my burger it was 3 small pieces of meat and very cold. Other than that the shake that was supposed to be cold was cold and delicious. Get the shake stay away from the burger. And hopefully when u visit the staff is not fighting.
I don't normally do this. I waited 45 for for food. At one point and time the manager walked away from the line saying " that's it I can't work like this". When the lobby was full and then only left 2 cooks to keep going.
Poor service lousey food would not come back again
