i like steak an sheak n shake but yesterday the service was very poor i didn't like that when we walked in 2 girls was talking to each other saying I don't want them u take them then after we got are food she didn't get are refills another girl that walked by got them for me the rest of the time so the food was good the service not so good just because I have 3 kids don't many I'm not going to tip thank you for your time
My food was cold and it took 15 min to get my shake after I ate my food. Pretty mad considering I use to work there
I understand they were busy, however I did not have time to even look at the menu even after telling my waitress I needed a moment. She waited maybe 30 secs... so I quickly ordered the first thing I seen and that was even messed up, ordered the all American melt, came to me smashed and only has broken pieces of bread ended up just using my fork just to eat it. There's a reason I don't go there and apparently that confirms why.
Please build more stores in Iowa in or near des moines
The waitress screwed our order up big time. No biggie but shouldve took something off price.
