Wow. So we decided to give yall a second chance after having a crap time there a few months ago. It all started good. Food was good, minus boyfriend ordered a double bacon steak burger and never got any bacon. We had ordered shakes and overhead them talking about how they had a party of 30 coming in. That's fine. Our server wasn't on those tables at all and blew us off. Boyfriends shake was melted by the time it got out to us, they hadn't even bothered to make mine, and this was all well before the large group came in. Sorry... read more
Clean and a nice waitress
I had a Oreo Mint shake & a grilled chicken sandwich & they were both terrible� & I’m not a picky person about my food so if I say it was horrible it really was!!! This was our first time at a Steak & Shake too! The gal that took my order & gave my food got it wrong, she gave me a salad first & I told her I ordered a chicken sandwich then she got an attitude so she probably purposely made the chicken sandwich bad!!!
Just need to learn how to put onions and bread and meat together lol Drive-thru the girl was sweet
