Took my family there after graduation and the service was so bad. We all ordered shakes, and my son and his gf ordered fries. The shake she brought out to me and my daughter was not right, and as soon as she sat them down I told her, her reply was "that is what I put on the ticket", well it was not what I ordered (she never did fix that) They brought my sons gf nothing and instead of fries to my son, a burger came out. I enjoyed my dinner there last nite and the hospitality was awesome.
This is our go-to place in Springfield, MO every Memorial Day weekend, and right next to the hotel we always stay in. The food rocks, the atmosphere is awesome, and the service is very good. You just can't beat those Steakburgers and Shakes, and the prices are good, too. My child usually has the Chili Cheese Footlong Meal, which equals a lot of food! We love Steak 'n Shake!

my fiancee sat there for almost 10 minutes and their drive-thru tonight I called there and talked to two people and the guy whose name is Mike got on the phone and asked if I was there and I told him I fiancee was there and he goes oh I guess that we can take the order. this location is the worst in town every time I go there something's always wrong the only reason I go there is it's close tp my house their staff is disrespectful towards customers no matter what time you go there. they really need to get a whole new staff o... read more
