The food was good but the service was horrible. We waited 25 minutes for our food and then when I went to pay I had to wait yet again. I could have easily skipped out on the check. Manager walked right by me to check something on the wall. They need better management for sure
It is a great place to eat. They have great steak burgers that are made fresh in front of you. They also have think cut fries.
The food was OK, service was iffy and the attitude I got was really bad. Won't be back.
Service was slow....unattenative......it took 15-20 mins once we were seated to get helped.......food was decent.....not sure if I'll go back!!
Won't be going back. We were there waiting forever for food (45 mins) and there was only one other table. wait staff was grouchy and rude. Ordered shakes and took another 30 mins to get. Food wasn't bad. We also ordered a cheeseburger to go to take to Grandma's they put the check in bag under the food and didn't bother letting us know so we waited again to get someone's attention. Tired of giving this place multiple chances to be let down time and time again.
Only my second time there. But they weren't that busy and managed to messup three things in our order. 🖓
Tried this place for the first time and will NEVER go back. We ordered the shooters and there was barely a quarter size piece of meat on them. A couple looked like they tore some meat off a burger and put it on the bun. Ordered a reg burger and it was blah with no flavor. The fries were chewy and not appetizing. We couldnt stomach the food so we tossed it.
The quality of service is sub standard. Won't be returning, every time I've gone my order is always messed up.
