Service was horrible. Never again. Greeley seems to have bad customer service at many of their establishments.
We waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes just to get our food and it was cold and gross. They didn't even apologize for the long wait. We will never go back.
Terrible service! 6 of us went in an hour and a half before they closed. Plenty of time. We stood and waited. At least three workers just stood in the kitchen staring at us while we waited. Didn’t ask if we needed assistance and didn’t let us know that they were closing if that was the case. Just watched us. We stood there for about 5 minutes and after receiving no help we finally left and they just laughed about it. Clearly they need a lesson in how to treat customers.
Been here 30 mins still waiting on a server to acknowledge us setting here. It’s says wait to be seated but after 10 mins of waiting you just find a seat. Now I’m not even mad anymore. It’s now become a challenge of when they will show up. I will win. I have all day.
Good customer service and excellent food.
